How it is delivered

Three steps, then it runs.

Every service is delivered online, and nothing physical is shipped. The work starts once the order form, with its rate card, is agreed.

  1. Walk through the tools in place

    A working session on the software the business already pays for, the data each tool holds and where that data needs to meet.

  2. Build and test each connector

    Flow Software builds a connector for each tool, tests it, and brings its data into one consistent record in one format.

  3. Operate, repair and invoice monthly

    The connections are monitored and repaired as part of the service. Usage is metered through the month and billed on one invoice.

How it is priced

Priced on usage, billed once a month.

API Flow is metered on usage against a rate card agreed at onboarding, and its meter counts the work its connections do. Your rates are set in your order form before any work or charge, and every invoice is in US dollars.

  • A rate card is agreed at onboarding, before anything is billed.
  • The order form lists every unit you can be billed for and the rate for each. Any recurring fee, and any setup or build work, is its own line on it.
  • Usage is measured as it happens, and nothing outside the order form is billed.
  • One invoice a month lists every metered quantity beside its rate.
