Call Flow
Sales workflow software for a business's own team: the day's call list, click-to-call from the contact record, and the outcome filed in one tap.
What you get
What the service includes.
Call Flow is sales workflow software for a business's own team: each rep's call list for the day, click-to-call from the contact record, the outcome filed in one tap, and every attempt kept on the contact. Calls can be recorded, with a disclosure setting you configure. Every call is placed by your rep.
- A daily call list for each rep
- Click-to-call from the contact record
- Every call placed by your rep
- One-tap outcomes, notes and callbacks
- Call recording with a disclosure setting you configure
- Handoffs to a manager
- Every attempt kept on the contact's history
Who places the calls
Your team places every call.
Call Flow is software your own sales team uses. Every call is placed by your rep, and your business is the caller. If you record calls, you are responsible for the notice and consent they require.
- Each call is placed by one of your reps, from the contact record.
- The lists in Call Flow are the prospect and customer lists you already hold. Flow Software does not sell, rent or supply contact data.
- Flow Software does not place calls on anyone's behalf.
- Use of Call Flow is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, including its calling and call recording rules.
Product screen
Each rep's day on one list.
Every contact on the rep's list for the day is one row, with the contact's local time, the last outcome and the attempts on file. The rep places the call from the contact's row, then files the outcome in one tap.

How it is delivered
Three steps, then it runs.
Every service is delivered online, and nothing physical is shipped. The work starts once the order form, with its rate card, is agreed.
-
Walk through the working day
A working session on how the sales team works now: the lists it already holds, how its calls are made and where each outcome is recorded.
-
Set up lists and outcomes
Flow Software brings in the prospect and customer lists you already hold, then sets up each rep's daily list, the outcomes and the handoffs to a manager.
-
Operate and invoice monthly
Your reps place their own calls from Call Flow, and Flow Software operates the service. Usage is metered through the month and billed on one invoice.
How it is priced
Priced on usage, billed once a month.
Call Flow is metered on usage against a rate card agreed at onboarding, and your order form lists each unit it is metered on. Your rates are set in your order form before any work or charge, and every invoice is in US dollars.
- A rate card is agreed at onboarding, before anything is billed.
- The order form lists every unit you can be billed for and the rate for each. Any recurring fee, and any setup or build work, is its own line on it.
- Usage is measured as it happens, and nothing outside the order form is billed.
- One invoice a month lists every metered quantity beside its rate.
